MAVIS Membership Form
Whether blind or sighted, and whether a student or not,
everyone who cares about blind and visually impaired students
is invited to join MAVIS.
There are many benefits to becoming a member of MAVIS:
- You can participate in our toll-free weekly conference calls.
- You will automatically become a member of, and receive newsletters from,
both of our parent organizations:
the American Council of the Blind and
the Bay State Council of the Blind.
- You can help support the civil rights of blind and visually impaired
people -- students in particular -- through a variety of advocacy efforts.
Your level of participation is entirely up to you!
- You can attend our Boston-area
events, including get-togethers, bowling,
dining, workshops, dancing, outings, etc.
- You get the satisfaction of providing financial support for MAVIS
and its programs.
Please fill out this form to become a member of MAVIS, or to renew your
membership in MAVIS at the end of each year. You may pay your dues online
using a debit card or a credit card (Visa, Master Card, and Discover cards are accepted), or by mailing us a
check or money order.
